The Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII) at Carnegie Mellon University is pleased to offer interdisciplinary undergraduate and graduate educational programs in the human use of computing. With membership from Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science, the College of Fine Arts, the Graduate School of Industrial Administration, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Robotics Institute, and the Software Engineering Institute, the HCII is one of the few institutions in the country with the breadth of expertise to offer such programs.

We also offer various special courses, including a one week course on "User Interface Design and Implementation" on May 7-11, 2001. See the web page for more information.
