I am a 4th year PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University in the Machine Learning Department. My advisor is Seyoung Kim, and my research interests are in graphical models, computational genomics, and optimization. I am currently developing scalable structure learning methods for discovering gene regulatory networks from genome-wide data.

Before coming to Carnegie Mellon, I got my undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
