A weird Home Page for 505 South Graham Street

All of this stuff is obsolete. I dont live in 505 South Graham street anymore. Su Hua went back to China last May. Ram and I moved out last May too. I actually live at 360 Meyran Avenue now, but that is another story and another homepage altogether! Everything that follows was written many moons ago.

    Actually some of that stuff is obsolete. Madhu moved out last June and Su Hua moved in. She's the one who throws out the garbage every Wednesday and cleans the bathroom once in a while. As you can see, Ram and I are not very nice housemates to have.
    Actually I'm better than Ram is. I do dispose of the garbage once in a while. The last time I did that the city sanitation folks ticketed us :-)
    Also, I don't eat up Su Hua's food. She hides her food in the attic, from Ram.
    Su Hua is very tidy. She is also very soft and considerate. She goes out of her way to be nice. She often cleans up our messes behind us.
    I usually do my dishes. I also do Ram's.
    Ram usually eats his own food. He also eats mine. He would eat Su Hua's except she hides it in the attic.
    Su Hua is here on a Chinese government fellowship. She doesn't want to go back home. However, she misses her son a lot, so she figures she will go back home anyway.
    The house is a dump. The bathroom leaks directly into the basement. The kitchen sink clogs up and drains into the basement. The basement has become a septic tank. The landlord won't repair the stuff because he is not interested - he has been trying to sell the house for a long time and no one wants it and he has given up. Little wonder: who would want to buy a house with a cess pool in the basement?
    The good news is that we're all moving out this April end! Good for us!
    If you're thinking of a house in Pittsburgh, don't even think 505 South Graham Street. If I were you, I'd avoid anything Len Shockling has to show: the house may be bad and the maintenance is horrible!
