The Johannes of 1751 had two sons named Johann Georg and Johann Peter. One George Geistweit (perhaps this was Johann Georg) had sons John and George baptized in Jonestown, Lebanon County; a Peter Geistweid was in Cocalico Twp., Lancaster and later moved to Dauphin Co. The George, bapt. in 1762 in Jonestown, was the well known Reverend who preached in Centre Co. to 1804, then removed to York where he died. The John who was baptized in Jonestown 1761 relocated in Centre County, later to Haines Twp. (Johanes) where he had children and grandchildren. This part of the family is called the Centre County Sub-Twig of the Salchendorf Twig. From the Sub-Twig we have the Lines that separate with all grandchildren of Johannes in Haines Twp. Cathy Guisewite is from the George Line (the first line), 6th grandchild of Johannes, you are from the John A. Line (the youngest line), 4th grandchild of Johannes. So, there is a difference of 2 generations, caused by the difference in age of both 3rd great grandfathers.
