In these directories there are the following files: *.pff = raw (mean, var, stdev) data for all of the voxels in PFF format as a single 3D array *.pgm = *.dat visualized as a PGM file *.hist = an ascii text file of a histogram of that data with 100 bins column 1 = bin # column 2 = bin count column 3 = bin count as a percentage column 4 = cumulative bin count column 5 = cumulative bin count as a percentage column 6 = lower data val threshold for bin membership column 7 = upper data val threshold for bin membership This information should allow us to find our own voxel subsets based on variance as we originally discussed in our meetings Chuck
