Problem Space Overview:

The scan-page problem space implements the scan-page operator or the find-pagenum operator. It returns preferences for PEACTIDM operators to the top space, where they are then executed. It consists of a (possibly awkward) combination of domain knowledge describing what should be searched for next, and PEACTIDM knowledge about which PEACTIDM operators are useful for getting there.
