Students with interests in a special focus or project area will have their applications reviewed by the special project committee for that special focus or project. The committee chooses those to whom offers will be made, allocates funds for the visit, after being given an annual budget by the Director, and arranges that each graduate student visit funded through its action will have a suitable mentor.
