Hi all,

Here's a brief updated report from the Procedures Committee (David 
and me, I think).

Note that as requested, we not have both annotators annotate a text 
from each other site over the five weeks, so that they can both 
participate in the cross-site discussions.  And also each site 
(except one) gets a week to annotate a text from its own source 
language.

Your comments and thoughts appreciated!

(David says the diagram with the annotators' arms is not very clear, 
and he's right, but I couldn't think of a better way to do it...)
