If someone has an a priori religous objection to artificial languages, 
though, the answer to the thread's title's question is crystal clear:
"Don't learn any!  Please!"

Personally, I agree with Gary, Esperanto is the most fun.  And not 
infrequently the most useful, in some cases surpassing English for a 
moment or two.  (Are we counting English as an artificial language for 
the purposes of this thread?)
