Four? What four?

Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, German

That's 8 right there, counting only languages that are primary official
languages of sovereign nations bordering the Baltic. Toss in little ones
like Kaszubian and overcast ones like English, and ... well anyway, no
matter how one does it, one comes up with more than four.
