As they say, "Beauty is in the ear of the hearer."  I was initially attracted
to Esperanto as a means of talking to the locals during my travels, but have
remained enthusiastic due to its aesthetic merits. I find Esperanto quite
beautiful!  Try reading some verses by Kaloscay or Auld....   It is also an
excellent language for singing.
