No, Russian doesn't allow the infinitive to act as an object in the 
manner you gave.  Russian would probably translate I heard him sing as Ya 
slyshal, kak on pyel.  Or maybe Ya slyshal, sto on pel, depending on 
whether the speaker wished to emphasize the manner or the fact.
