... Communication in Gaelic is made easier than usual via the method
in this course.....
 whatever that means 

Note: this is not a Foreign Service Institute course - I guess the need
for Gaelic speaking diplomats was low - but from the Gaelic league of
Scotland.

They also have an Irish course, from County Galway, if that is what 
you were looking for.
