You are probably refering to Dragon Systems which developed and markets the
DragonDictate line of products.

Dragon Systems can be reached at 1-800-TALK-TYP or (617) 965-5200. Their
address is 320 Nevada St. Newton, MA 02160 (USA).

DragonDictate for Windows is a complete speech recognition system which
allows you to both control Windows and Windows applications completely
by voice, and also to dictate text into any Windows application. The
product costs between $395 and $1695 depending on vocabulary size.
