While I corrected the linear2ulaw code some time back, I did not try to
run it yet. I tried the ulaw2linear code from the FAQ posting but the
linear output file only contained +1, 0, and -1 values. I couldn't find
any obvious error in the code. Has anyone tried this already ? If yes,
it will be nice to have the complete test program e-mailed to me please.
