I have uploaded to

	ftp.uni-trier.de: /pub/pc/msdos-local/sound/sbrecog1.zip

SBRECOG is a C program (with sources) demonstrating speaker dependent
speech recognition on Sound Blaster and compatible sound cards:

The method used, zero crossing frequency distribution, allows the
discrimination of small and carefully selected sets of words.

I have included a file that explains roughly the theory and points to
relevant literature.

If you know of another ftp server that should carry the program, let me
know!

hannes.
