Can anyone tell me where to get the following devices (used for measuring the
positions of mouth parts and larynx), and what they cost; or give me other
ideas on how to measure speech processes?

    electropalatograph - like the palate of upper false teeth, with lots of
		electrodes to sense tongue contact;
    electrolaryngograph - sometimes incorporated into a Voiscope - two small
		electrodes on the skin near the thyroid cartilage - measures
		vocal fold movement and allows to derive the F1 frequency;
    ultrasound - can detect positions of mouth parts from a sensor placed on
		one cheek.

Other ideas: can piezo-electric strain guages be used? And how would one
measure exhalation rate without covering up the subject's face?
