I am looking for a development kit that would generate WAV files from ascii
text. The problem is the text will be common names. I've been told I need a
rule set biased for name pronunciation. I program using C++ in the dos world.

I heard that a company called Belcore (NJ ?) might have this technology;
however, I have no e-mail addresses or phone numbers.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
