Um, if you mean that you want to take a 840AV/66AV PlainTalk speech
recognition system and hack it so that it works on the PowerMac,
you haven't got a prayer.  If you are interested in the speech syntheis,
you might be suprised to know that it will work on most modern Macs
without any special hardware.

If, however, you would like to get a copy of the PowerMac CD v2.0 or
above, you will find that PlainTalk is in the  "Apple Extras" folder -
the hack is (1) open the "PlainTalk for Power Macintosh" folder and
(2) double-click on the installer. This software works on ALL PowerMacs,
not just the AV models.
