Now assuming a person believed that they could FTP, or by e-mail
receive some files of great ancient classic literature coded
in Devanagari as above and the person had a 486 PC with a
SoundBlaster sound card and would like to hear Text To Speech by
a program that would put a "^" under the character being spoken
as it read the sentence fast or slow for learning what program
like public domain or shareware would the person hope to obtain
from who because I understand that the Text To Speech programs
for SoundBlaster are no source code published which makes
difficult, or so far impossible, for the international linguist
community to make text to speech for any language other than
English. Were shall we pray for help to come to make these words
available for humanity?
