Does anybody know a good source for phoneme distributions from
English, Spanish, Dutch and Arabic?

Ideally these would be presented in a manner that would allow comparison.
I.e. for a given phoneme, how often might it appear in a typical English
sentence compared to how often would it appear in say a Dutch sentence.
