No, but a future version of Solaris (2.4?) will include a Text
to Speech library.  I heard a comparison of the Sun TTS (written
by Centigram) and the Soundblaster version (I don't know what
that's based on, but it sounded like DECtalk) - and the Solaris
version was *MUCH* better.
