The primary reference for data needed to solve your problem is:

	Holmes, JN, Mattingley, I, & Shearme, JN (1964) Language & Speech
	Vol. 7. Part 4, pp 127-143

They used a rather complicated concatentation an interpolation system, but the
data you need is all there is tabular form, and you could use simpler
interpolation (or use their scheme--it works--and develop from there).
