Any suggestion and current literature on segmentation
of 1-D (speech signal) assuming the speech is of
non-stationary model instead stationary LTI system?
I would like to use intelligent method or systematic way
to segment a speech signal (assuming nonstationary)
into block segments of approximately stationary signal instead.
