Hey!

I am looking for a text-to-speech synthesizer chip that will use phoneme
codes to output speech. I am doing a text-to-speech system for a senior
project for my undergraduate degree. If anyone knows of a phoneme or morpheme
to speech chip that can be coded with c and little hardware please respond.

Thanks--

John
