Does anyone know of a graphical interface for the Klatt/JSRU
or any other synthesiser? I am interested in facilitating the
production of copy syntheses and so need a piece of software which
shows formant trajectories, bandwidths, amplitudes etc., and allows
me to manipulate them, and ideally, to monitor the effects of
such changes.

Before attempting to write such a piece of software myself I wanted
to check I wasn't wasting my effort; If the worst comes to the
worst and I do have to write the thing - does anyone have any
suggestions for a good X-Windows toolkit that will allow me to do
this without taking 10 years off my life.

Thanks for any help,

Andrew Simpson
