I just found lots of FFT information including some mixed radix
algorithms by ftp'ing to usc/edu in the pub/C-numanal directory.
The file is called fft-stuff.tar.z.

For those who don't know (I just found out about this!) there is
a file called numcomp-free-c which is a list of many free numerical
computation routines available on the net. I got it from the same
directory as I mentioned above - its a great resource.
