Hello all,

I am a new-comer in this area and I need some advice. I hope to
incorporate some speech features in my project and I am going to buy
some h/w and s/w for sound synthesis. The platform is DEC5025 station
which is running Ultrix 4.2a.
I hope to find some s/w which is able to
synthesize speech from plain text and it is best if it can be
communicated with C programs.

Thanks in advance.
