I just pulled CELP 3.2.

In the doc sub-directory is a single file celp.tib.sea.hqx
which is ASCII but unreadable.
I think .hqx is a Mac archive suffix? 1st part of file talks about
a program BinHex 4.0?

How do I make it readable (on a sun4)
