About a week or so ago I down loaded a program, I can't remember from
what site right off hand, called tran.exe. The program takes a text
file as input and will output either a phonemic translation or speech
via the pc's speaker. The programmer is listed as being Stephen Neely.
I have his address but before wasting the time trying to contact him
by regular mail I thought I'd try here.

What I'm really after is the source code for this program. If anyone
out there knows where I can get this from or how I can get in contact
with Stephen (via e-mail) please let me know. My email address is:

ffhoust@eos.ncsu.edu

Thanks in advance
Later!
Forrest
