A complete description of how to use the narrator device can be found in the
Devices volume of the Amiga ROM Kernel Reference Manual.  Be sure to use the
manual version (either 1.3 or 2.0) appropriate to the version of the OS that
you're running.  The 2.0 narrator device, in addition to being greatly 
improved, has a large number of new features that you might want to check out.
