I have a list of really tough Smalltalk questions that separate the men
from the boys (or the women from the girls). I don't know that the
questions would mean alot to a non-smalltalker. It would require much
explanation on how to evaluate the responses. I would publish the
questions, but wouldn't then each Smalltalk wanna-be find the answers to
these questions and thus appear qualified?

I suppose that if you are not Smalltalk proficient, that perhaps you
could use another person/source to qualify the candidates. I have found
that many (make that almost all) resumes that I've gotten for Smalltalk
are somewhat to completely bogus and the individuals do not stand up to
scrutiny. You may also be interested in attending the NY Smalltalk users
group or the NJ group to find out more.
