Not a Smalltalk as such, but a Smalltalk-based development environment 
including many project management features missing from VisualWorks and 
the like - it has the benefit of being second generation, and learning 
from the first generation tools IMO. I have seen it demonstrated but not 
worked with it. My impression is that if you find the right people in IBM 
they are well clued up on OO. They had a stand at ObjectWorld UK, for 
example.

It is really out there; contact your local friendly IBMer, but be 
prepared to work through the chain to a technical specialist at the 
moment I guess.
