Not having ever seen VB, I am at a disadvantage here.  But 'draw your own
interfaces' have been around for a number of years - I mean Sun's DevGuide
has done that for some time.  What is it about VB that folks think that
a language like Dylan (hey - I can draw this discussion back arond too
you know <wink>) should have that previous GUI building aids have not
had?
