This is a bit of a long shot, though I would also be interested in the
URL if you can find it.
I know there is a standardisation committee that has been set up to
standardise agent technology FIPA :
Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents. (robots)
They are going initially working on producing standards for
software agents.
The partially incorrect URL I have is :

(I wrote it down at a conference but I was quite far back in the hall ;-)
Is there anyone out there who was at PAAM96 in London in April who has
the correct URL for FIPA.
