Sorry, this program can't exist.
(ask Godel why)
In fact to test the crashing case you would have to define what is crash and what
is not. And there is the big problem. Of course you can prevent BIG crashes. But
not all crashs.

I don't know the answers to your questions about C ROBOT since I don't know that
program. Howver, if you can tell me more about it, I'm VERY interested.
