Cogent Prolog can be embedded in Access applications, as well as VB
applications. For example, one of our customers has implemented a
manufacturing process quality control application that uses Access to
store data about the state of the process, VB for a nice visual interface
to that data, and Prolog for ES rules that are activated whenever one of
the indicators strays from its desired range.

Cogent does not, at the time have the ability to call out directly to
Access, but ODBC support is anticipated in a later release.

Contact us for more information.
