Hello,

I recently had the term IIOC - "Intelligent I/O Connectors" tossed at
me by someone who really couldn't give me a useful
definition. Essentially, they sound like hardware devices that can be
used to monitor and report performance data on clutches, motors,
sensors, etc. I'm curious if anyone has come across this term before
and might have some information or references to its use in a
diagnostic expert system. Thanks for any help.
