After reading the essey " Being and doing:Some thoughts about
Responsibility" written by Michael Gorr I am havig problems answering this
question. Any help would be appreciated.

Q : Gorr finds evidence in "The Saytr" for the view that Silenus can
actually control his behavior. What is this evidence? Does it show what
Gorr thinks it shows? How is this relevant to the question of
responsibility in Gorr's view? Do you agree or disagree with Gorr on this
point?

Both the essey by Gorr and the short story "The Saytr" are in the text
called Thought Probes.
