In other words:

Humans invent the initial system of statements, then Gods (call it Goedel
if you like) take over, it is no more under human assignment...therefore,
either humans leave it to the mercy of Gods, or even better some of them
who have access to intellect, elevate themselves to the heaven (the meta-???)
where they can see what is going on with gods-eye, and by their godly power
they now can use a heavenly (meta-???) language to create a semantic content
like a halo around what they have invented down on the earth. :-> so that,
we humans who do not have access to intellect can appreciate it..:->

(Note: Just imagine that "intellect" thing as a giant ai machine..)
