Howdy,

I'm the fellow who couldn't download the linked files from your web
page using NetCruiser. I wonder if you could do me a favor. Could you
email me the introduction to the backpropogation algorithm postscript
file? Like everyone else it would seem, I'm writing a NN package. I'm having
just a bit of trouble getting started on the backpropogation part. The
books I have offer inadequate descriptions. I want to try two or three
methods, including conjugate-gradient.

Also, if you find yourself in the mood to do something really boring sometime,
could you hack on the web page so that it shows the names of the remote web
pages and ftp sites next to their link-clickers or whatever it is you
call those parts of the screeen? That way those of us whose browsers don't
do the right thing when the clicker is clicked can just go to the
remote site "by hand". I'm very interested in several of the articles.

                      thanks much,
                      Dave Jones
