The design is real and complete.  I've made several other post that are 
replies to queries, in the spirit of discussion, that provide much more and 
substantial information and there are more to come.  One reason we never 
published anything about this before is that we didn't know what to say.  That 
is the main reason the other friend recommended I post a "Request For 
Discussion"; so that other people could ask us questions, share what similar 
things they've been doing, tell us it's been done, provide assistance of any 
type, or the like.  I tend to share information better in a discussion format, 
rather than just saying here it is.  There are many points of interest about 
this and quit a lot of proprietary information.  I am interested in telling 
what I can, based on what you-all would like to know, excluding the proprietary 
stuff.
