I reciently saw suggestions that the connections
weights in biological neural-nets are adjusted
using quantum mechanics and not standard computations
as used in artificial neural nets. This sounds great but as
I have no knowledge of quantum mechanics I fail to
see the advantages/disadvantages of this.
Does anybody know os some site that has some introductory
stuff on quantum mechanics. I could then decide whether to
persue this. If anybody has any suggestions I would welcome them.
