Here is an idea I've kicked around for an interlingua...how about
pictures/images? I guess this would just suffice for nouns and maybe
some adjectives but it intrigues me as it really does seem like a true
interlingua.

If you've ever had the experience of travelling in a land where they
speak a different language you probably (as I have done) resorted to
pointing at pictures or drawing things on paper or in the air to get
your point across.

I don't guess it's that practical an idea but I have yet to see any
interlingua that really was practical.

Well if anyone has actually heard of any research using images as
interlingua I would be most interested. Comments would also be
appreciated.

Regards
Ted
