I have some very urgent questions. I would like to know that how
crossover rate work in the following crossovers:

1. Order based Crossover (by Syswerda)
2. Position based crossover (by Syswerda)
3. Cycle Crossover (Oliver et al. 2nd ICGA)
4. Order Crossover (Oliver et al. 2nd ICGA)
5. PMX (Goldberg)
6. Uniform Order Based Crossover (Davis 1991)
7. Edge Recombination Crossover (Whitley 3rd ICGA)

and also the mutation rate in the following:
1. Position based mutation (Syswerda)
2. Order Based mutation (Syswerda)
3. Scramble Mutation (Syswerda)
