Hi,

I'm reading the Goldberg book and come across with
the De Jong Five-Function Test Bed in p.108.

My question is:
I would like to ask what are the meanings of a_{i, j} in
function f_5. Are they just arbitrary constants or are
they following some rules?

Is there any location that I can find more discussion
on the De Jong Test Bed, in addition to De Jong Doctoral
dissertation. The problem with me is that I cannot access
to the dissertation.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Ngai-man
