Ha! Stefan's paper was published in the SFI working paper series, but
it got several of the upper administration miffed and became quite an
issue until it was removed, and is no longer available.  It is part
of what he's working on as his PhD dissertation, so if his school
publishes those, you can get it that way.

But consierding that he brought up several issues, such as how
researchers' sexualities and theological backgrounds effected their
approaches to alife, I'm not surprised it ruffled feathers.
