This is a spam that circulates among various mailing lists and
newsgroups but is slow-moving enough to avoid the spam-cancellation
people. The author admits that this has nothing to do with AI or Lisp.
Perhaps a polite email request asking that they stop posting to
comp.ai, comp.lang.lisp, etc. might have effect. (I've requested this
the last several times they've posted here, but higher volume might
have more impact).
