I left this out since the poster was asking about "Spanish languages".
Still, since you bring it up, what are the most reliable estimates on the
current Catalan-speaking population of France?  Those I've seen seem to be
pure guesses since the French census doesn't record language use.

Si m'el permets!  I've seen "se hablan" on signs in the States and I
generalised the others from that.  Now I'm not sure if that's "bad
Spanish" (I've seen some atrocious spelling on some of those signs) or
just an American variant.  ?Que en penses?
