I don't know about an *American organisation* (or organi*z*ation, since 
that's what we have over here) doing this sort of stuff, but I *do* 
recall that articles of this sort used to appear (and for all I know may 
still) in _Latinitas_, published in Rome by a Vatican-related group.  No 
idea how to contact them now though, sorry...
